You can easily cancel anytime by turning off auto-renewal in your iTunes Account Settings. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Prices may vary slightly based on your local currency.


Apple Subscription Terms:

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users Account Settings after purchase. Love that its done with just body weight. Got my heart rate up and a nice sweat going.
Just started working out. This kicked butt! Love it. Short and uses your own body weight. Its a great way to start!
I love it! I really worked up a sweat! Great to use when traveling!
I am a mom of 6 kids who has not seriously worked out for 10 years. This was a great start! Just hard enough to start a sweat but not too hard that I could not complete all of the exercises.
Just used this app for the first time. I really like it. It got my heart rate up and was challenging. I just wished it spoke to tell you the next exercise so I wouldnt have to look at the phone all the time.
Just used this app for the first time and Im excited that its something easy I can do for myself each day. Great little workout!

Some bad moments

If u want a kick start on getting back in shape, this will do it. Good overall routine and will get you sweating. Exercises are simple to do but u can feel them working. If u cant do all the reps, do what u can and build up to it. There are different levels of difficulty to choose from as well. Great app if u r on the road in a guest room.
Great 20 min workout app, the workouts surprised me in a great way. Very clear, simple graphic and sound design makes it very easy to understand and follow along. The only thing that the app seemed to lack, was a simple workout summary of all the exercises I completed. Hopefully, this could be easily added in. Recommended.

What a great sweat session! As good as any circuit class you could go to. Really well designed with the animated character showing you the form and integrating in the stopwatch. Wonderful!
