Good Start

I am a mom of 6 kids who has not seriously worked out for 10 years. This was a great start! Just hard enough to start a sweat but not too hard that I could not complete all of the exercises.

Just used this app for the first time. I really like it. It got my heart rate up and was challenging. I just wished it spoke to tell you the next exercise so I wouldnt have to look at the phone all the time.

This is a great app to get the blood pumping to start the day or as a warm up or cool down for a run or weights session! Great variety of exercises keep boredom at bay and work the whole body! Only thing missing is a timer sound and music option.

If u want a kick start on getting back in shape, this will do it. Good overall routine and will get you sweating. Exercises are simple to do but u can feel them working. If u cant do all the reps, do what u can and build up to it. There are different levels of difficulty to choose from as well. Great app if u r on the road in a guest room.

Intuitive workout app

Great 20 min workout app, the workouts surprised me in a great way. Very clear, simple graphic and sound design makes it very easy to understand and follow along. The only thing that the app seemed to lack, was a simple workout summary of all the exercises I completed. Hopefully, this could be easily added in. Recommended.
