What a great sweat session! As good as any circuit class you could go to. Really well designed with the animated character showing you the form and integrating in the stopwatch. Wonderful!
20 minutes is just right, no excuses!
The app is beutiful and simple and the workout is a real challenge. Ive tried many regimens but this one stuck.
Fun little app. Yes I could do these things on my own but its nice to not have to think about it or keep track of a timer. You could run through it twice and really have a nice workout (maybe add a few more cardio bursts). Ill be getting the full version.

I only have a half hour lunch at work and a 6-month old baby at home, so this is the PERFECT solution to the "excuses" I was coming up with. It keeps my attention the entire time!!
I just downloaded and tried this app this morning. (FB recommended it and well, for once, they provided something appealing to me.) I entered how many push-ups I can do and then selected. Workout (gym). It guided me through a circuit training workout that definitely got my heartrate up and made me feel it. For reference I found it less strenuous than the Jillian Michaels 30-day Shred but tougher than Denise Austin. Ive worked with a trainer and this is more akin to what Id do with her. Im curious to see what the other workouts look like and if theres significant variety and challenge to keep me going. I do like the idea of a 20-minute workout, though. I wish there would be an option during the get ready for a move phase where you could get tips on proper form. I didnt notice this. It did go by quickly and I feel like I worked out.

You should be able to live stream music and there should be a voice component. Also, the workouts shouldnt be the same each time, it should vary. Otherwise, its great!
Would love to see recommendations within the app about how to use the program, but great and accessible workout system!

Really liked the workouts. It got my heart pumping and def some sweat! Problem is I dont know what is coming next or a pause in between workouts. I had to continue to pause to see what was next or get to a wall. Also, a countdown of the full 20min would be awesome! But other than that thanks!
After doing this workout, Im dripping everywhere and craving nothing but water. Awesome app!
I have had 2surgeries in the past 2 yrs. and this was very easy to follow, and I found that I could do most of them and modified some. I love this so far....
