This app is perfect for vacation. I normally spend 1-2 hours at the gym 5-6 days a week. So when Im on vacation I dont want to spend all my time working out. This app gives you great 20 min full body workouts that you can do anywhere without any equipment. I love it!
I have been using it for about a year and continue to use it as a way to get a great workout in a short amount of time.
I use this app when I travel in place of my CrossFit workouts. It is quick, easy to use and doesnt require much floor space or any equipment. Great app!

Its been a long time since Ive sweated and felt a challenge from using a workout app. Im happy and sweating and feel like I have really accomplished something. Im sure I will see results much sooner with this app. Im very happy and will share this with my friends.
